Our services

Website build and care prices are listed on the Pricing page and confirmed in your written proposal. The care plan includes website maintenance, domain setup and management, one business email, a Google Business Profile listing and organic SEO. Domain renewal has a small yearly fee.

Agreed scope

Pages, features, content responsibilities, delivery schedule, maintenance scope and revisions will be set out in your written proposal. Extra requirements are quoted separately.

Pricing and payment

VAT status, payment dates, domain renewal costs, protection pricing and bundle terms must be confirmed in the written quote. No payment is taken through this preview.

Client responsibilities

You provide accurate content, approvals and permission to use supplied assets. Work involving third-party platforms remains subject to those platforms’ policies.

Protection and SEO

Protection reduces risk and does not guarantee that all threats will be detected. Search rankings and specific business results are not guaranteed.

Ownership, cancellation and support

Ownership and transfer of the website, domain and content, cancellation notice, service suspension, support limits and dispute processes must be agreed in the final service agreement before a client signs up.
